Born in Taiwan, 24-year-old Barney came to Paris, the hometown of desserts, and entered FERRANDI, a prestigious school known as "Harvard in the Culinary Arts". The starting point of the birth of "Barneypatisserie" is Maison Mulot, a 40-year-old dessert shop located in the 6th arrondissement of Paris.
